bh666 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bh666 will conduct age verification as part of its KYC process and reserves the right to suspend any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued on an Account that is subsequently found to belong to an underage individual will be forfeited, and deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active bh666 Account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a breach of these Terms. bh666 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to void any bets, bonus claims, or withdrawals associated with such Accounts. The original Account may also be permanently suspended at bh666's discretion.

3.3 Accurate Information

Providing false information, including a false date of birth or misrepresenting your identity, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds. bh666 may require you to submit documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information held on your Account at any time.

3.4 Registration in Bangladesh

bh666 is designed and operated primarily for Players located in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform does not contravene the laws of their jurisdiction. bh666 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all territories, and it is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether they are legally permitted to participate in online betting activities.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. bh666 strongly recommends that Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Any activity carried out through your Account will be considered to have been authorised by you, whether or not you were personally responsible for that activity, unless you have reported to bh666 in advance that your credentials have been compromised.

bh666 reserves the right to lock, suspend, or close an Account where there is a reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access, identity fraud, or any other security concern. In such cases, bh666 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder using the registered contact details.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bh666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated on the Platform.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

All deposits and withdrawals are monitored in accordance with our internal anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. bh666 reserves the right to freeze Account funds, request supporting documentation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. bh666 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of a manifest technical error or where an event is cancelled or deemed void under the applicable sporting or gaming rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted at bh666's discretion without notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on or in connection with the bh666 Platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other Players or over bh666.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games, poker, or any other game type where collusion would confer an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal or unlawful activity.

9. Intellectual Property

bh666's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Responsible Gaming
